About the author

Keith E. Lyons, author of The Complete World of Coffee

Keith E. Lyons is a San Diego author, a 100% disabled veteran, and a licensed clinical social worker. He spent years researching The Complete World of Coffee, learning directly from the roasters, importers, and researchers who do the work, and wrote the book he wished existed: the whole world of coffee — its history, its science, and its craft — between two covers. He also runs Lyons Cub Cookies, a family bakery in Santee, California, with his wife Raquel and their kids.
