Shipping Information

How Rates Are Calculated

Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and your destination. I use Shippo to compare rates across multiple carriers so you get the best available price. The exact cost is shown before you complete checkout, no surprises.

Carriers

Depending on your location and the selected service level, your order may ship via:

• USPS, Standard and priority mail within the United States
• UPS, Ground and expedited service for domestic and international
• FedEx, Express and ground service where available
• DHL, International express for select destinations

Destinations

I ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and many other countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact me, I may be able to arrange shipping to your location.

Delivery Timeframes

• US domestic: 3-7 business days (standard), 1-3 business days (expedited)
• Canada: 5-10 business days
• UK and EU: 7-14 business days
• Australia, New Zealand, Japan: 10-21 business days
• Other international: 14-30 business days depending on destination

These are estimated timeframes after the order has shipped. Pre-order items will not ship until the publish date listed on the product page.

International Orders

• Customs and duties: International Orders: Import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other taxes or charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected before or upon delivery.
• Customs delays: International packages may be delayed by customs processing, which is beyond my control.
• Shipping address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. I am not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately with individual tracking numbers.

Digital Products

Digital book editions require no shipping, they are delivered electronically. After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a secure download link. See my Returns and Refunds policy for digital product details.
