Returns and Refunds

Physical Books

• 30-day return window: You may return a physical book within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the book price.
• Condition: The book must be in its original condition, undamaged, with dust jacket intact if applicable.
• How to start a return: Email lyonsdenpublishers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address and instructions.
• Shipping costs: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly shipped. In those cases, we will cover return shipping.
• Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned book, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Digital Products

• Non-refundable: Digital book downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered and accessed.
• Technical issues: If you experience technical problems accessing your digital purchase, contact us and we will help resolve the issue or provide a replacement download link.
• File compatibility: Please verify that your device supports the file format before purchasing digital editions. Product pages specify the format provided.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once an item has shipped, the standard 30-day return policy applies.

Bundle and Add-On Items

If you purchased a book with add-on items (such as a personal message card or accessory), the add-on portion is non-refundable once it has been prepared or shipped. The book itself remains eligible for return under the standard policy.
