Products and Pricing

• All products are subject to availability. We will notify you if an ordered item is unavailable.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. The price in effect at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
• We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and details accurately. Minor variations may occur due to display settings or manufacturing processes.
• For pre-order items, the estimated ship date is provided on the product page. If delays occur, we will communicate updated timelines.

Orders and Payment

• Orders are processed through Stripe's secure payment system. We do not store your full card details.
• By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory shortages. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is described on our Returns and Refunds page. Physical books may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.

Digital Products

• Download links are time-limited for security. If your link expires, contact us for a replacement.
• You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible with the provided file format before purchasing.

Limitation of Liability

Lyons Den Publishing and Keith E. Lyons are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
